POWER OF ATTORNEY
For drawing up a Power of Attorney the following is requested:
Passport or Identity Card of the applicant who needs to sign in person.
WITNESS STATEMENT
Passport or Identity Card of the witness who needs to sign in person.
Copy of summons.
CHILD RECOGNITION ACT
- Presence of both parents and the child.
- Parents’ passports/identity cards.
- Certificate of registration to a municipality in Greece (concerns the greek parent).
- Birth Certificate of the child.

3. Draft documents need to be in a Word Format (version 2003 or earlier) Times New Roman Fonts 12 Points.
Draft documents outside of the above mentioned specifications will be rejected automatically.
There is no official Translation - Interpreting department within the Consulate General of Greece in London .

NOTICE: Only translations made by translators recognised by the Consulate as above and whose specimen signature has been send to this Consulate can be accepted.
If those conditions are not met, the consulate general can not validate the signature of the translators. Threrefore you are strongly advised to confirm them with the translators before proceeding.
